この十日ほど、朝起きてラジオニュースをつける習慣をやめました。
もともと、朝起きたら、クラッシックかヒーリングミュージックを流しながらヨガをしていたのですが、数ヶ月まえから、ラジオを聴くようになったのです。
でも、ここにきて、その習慣をもとに戻しました。
今は社会の展開が早いので、できるだけニュースチェックをと心がけていました。
でも、自分が大切にしている「基本」に立ち返ることにしたのです。
基本というか、あり方といったほうがいいかもしれませんが・・・。
私の基本とは
必要な情報は必ず降りてくる
というものです。
そのためには、ふだんの生活をできるだけ整えるのですが、そういう些細なことを積み重ねていくことが、修養の本質だと思っています。
そうして自分を整えていくことによって、必要な情報が降りてくるように心が整うことを実感しています。
極めて感覚的なものですし、見方によっては霊的なものです。
いわゆる第六感というものでしょうか。インスピレーションよりも、もっと降りてくる感じがあります。それで「霊的」と表現しました。
ともあれ、それだけに誰にでも当てはまることというわけではありませんし、
だから、「こうしましょう！」と、おすすめするというわけにもいかないような気もしますが・・・
ただ、ひとつ言えることは、
「目に見える情報に囚われすぎてしまうと本質を見失う」ということです。
昨今の緊張状態と、それに伴うさまざまな混乱は、多くの人がニュースに首っ引きで、不安ばかりを増殖させていった結果だと思うのです。
実際、ニュースを見たり聞いたりしていると、
アナウンサーなどの口調がわざわざ緊迫した風で、
波動的にいえば、最悪です。
朝から、そんな波動を受け続けていたら
冷静な判断を可能にする「安らいだ心」をつくることは、次第に難しくなっていきます。
心の平安はとても微妙なものであり、気づいたら、わずかに崩れ始めているものなのです。
低レベルの波動を受け続けていると、どんなに修行した人だって、いつのまにか憂鬱に陥っています。
憂鬱になり、ストレスを抱えたら
波動は下り、免疫力も下り、
運も下がります。
つまり、良いことなし。
